Office & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
SWW Marketing is a specialist marketing partner to construction businesses across the UK.
We’re a small, ambitious team who work closely with our clients. We support construction companies with their marketing, sales and overall growth, acting as a fully integrated part of their team.
We’re now looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a part-time role with flexibility around how the hours are structured. We are looking for approximately 16 hours per week, which could be fulfilled across two full days or spread across the week.
The Role
This is a key support role within SWW.
You’ll be responsible for helping the business stay organised, efficient and one step ahead. From managing internal systems, to coordinating suppliers and keeping projects on track, you’ll play a central part in how we operate day-to-day.
You’ll be the person who:

Keeps everything organised and in the right place

Makes sure nothing slips through the cracks

Spots better ways of doing things

Helps bring structure to a fast-moving environment
What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating and supporting ongoing projects

Organising digital files, assets and internal systems

Assisting with scheduling and content coordination

Supporting reporting and light CRM/database management

Liaising with suppliers and external partners

Handling invoicing and general admin processes

Supporting event preparation

Helping maintain quality and responsiveness across client accounts

General office and business support (diary coordination, bookings, process improvements)
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and detail orientated

Naturally proactive

Calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Confident on the phone and communicating with suppliers and clients

Process-driven - you enjoy improving systems and making things run better

Proud of your work and how it reflects on the business
Some awareness of marketing would be helpful but isn’t essential.
Experience with systems like HubSpot would be a bonus - but again, not essential. We care more about attitude, organisation and reliability.
